1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Timeshare Alliance's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

Timeshare Alliance facilitates the transfer of timeshare ownership from current owners to new owners at no purchase price, no closing costs, and no transfer fees to the recipient. The only ongoing cost is the annual maintenance fee associated with the timeshare.

3. Reservation Process

Submitting a reservation form does not guarantee ownership. Reservations are subject to availability and verification. Upon reservation, you will receive an Offer Letter to review and sign electronically. Ownership transfer is not complete until the deed has been recorded.

4. Maintenance Fees

As a timeshare owner, you are responsible for paying annual maintenance fees to the resort or homeowners association (HOA). Maintenance fee amounts are displayed on our website and may change annually at the discretion of the HOA.

5. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from Timeshare Alliance regarding your reservation, transfer status, and promotional offers.

• Reply STOP to any message to opt out
• Reply HELP for customer support
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages
• Text messaging is not required to use our services

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your reservation at any time before the deed transfer is recorded by contacting us. Once the deed transfer is complete, standard timeshare ownership obligations apply.

7. Limitation of Liability

Timeshare Alliance is not responsible for the condition of any timeshare property, changes in maintenance fee amounts, resort policy changes, or any disputes between the owner and the resort or HOA.
